Invisalign
Invisalign is another clear solution to traditional braces and is a great choice for anyone who wants to straighten their teeth discreetly. If you are a good candidate for this treatment, Dr. Miller will take a 3D scan for you to preview your smile. We then use this scan to create clear aligners for your new smile. The aligners will slightly move and pull your teeth to straighten them out comfortably. You will go through a series of stages and during each stage, you will wear a different size aligner. The entire orthodontics process can take anywhere from 4-18 months, depending on the type of results you want and the condition of your teeth.
One of the best parts of Invisalign is that your aligners can be removed when you brush and floss your teeth. You won’t have to deal with the pesky, time-consuming cleaning appliances that traditional braces require. You also remove the aligners to eat whatever foods you want.

“Invisalign in half the time”
Dr. Miller has implemented two new systems that can accelerate tooth movement for patients using fixed braces or removable orthodontic devices. Patients can achieve faster tooth movement with a short office visit or with an oral appliance that can be worn for five minutes a day.
The Propel Ortho Singapore Excellerator is a single-use orthodontic instrument that can be rendered during one quick and simple office visit. Using the device, we make small dimples in the gum to promote healthy bone remodeling and tooth movement. This procedure is performed with mild local anesthesia, and we focus on the areas of the mouth that need the most movement.
The VPro-5 is another way to substantially reduce your overall orthodontic treatment time. The VPro-5 is an oral appliance that patients use for only five minutes every day. It can be used for braces or clear aligners. If you have clear aligners, you’ll keep the aligners in your mouth during the treatment. The appliance produces a high-frequency vibration on the teeth that increases bone density, helps accelerate tooth movement, and decreases treatment relapse.
In short, you’ll have straighter teeth faster and less of a chance of future alignment problems. We’ve also found that the VPro-5 helps reduce any tenderness caused by the orthodontic procedure.
Six Month Smiles
Six Month Smiles is an orthodontic treatment used for adults to help straighten and align your teeth quickly. Many patients who are unhappy with the way their teeth look will find that Six Month Smiles is an ideal solution. Throughout the treatment procedure, you will wear clear braces for roughly six months. Throughout that time, the braces will straighten the teeth that are visible in your smile. The end result is a beautiful smile. Patients typically choose this option because it is less expensive than traditional braces, and it provides you with a clear alternative to metal braces.
ClearCorrect
Another short-term orthodontic solution is ClearCorrect, which uses a series of clear aligners to straighten your smile. The aligners are custom made to fit your mouth comfortably and are worn in sets for up to six weeks each. By applying the right amount of pressure, the aligners will move your teeth into a straight position. You and Dr. Miller can determine the length of time needed to straighten your smile with ClearCorrect.
