Implant-Retained Denture

Implant-retained dentures use dental implant to secure your dentures. Once your bone is healed from the implant surgery, Dr. Miller will place dentures on top of the implants to hold them in place. Implant-retained denture require that you have a healthy amount of bone left in your jaw to support the implant posts.
