I think one thing people notice about our office is how different it is. Dentistry has changed a lot over the years and anymore. Most dental offices have many dentists, a round door type of a setting. They come and go from one dentist after another. There’s no loyalty between the dentist and the patient or back and forth. It is different here. It’s more like what you expected when you were growing up. Everybody knows who their dentist is. They know where they’re going and they don’t want to leave. This is somewhere you can feel at home. And I hear that from patients all the time.
They love the fact that they know what’s going on every time they come in. They know who they’re going to see. They know our names, they know a little bit about our families, and we know the same about them. And we really strive to keep that environment that way. It’s something we enjoy and we want to be treated that way as well. So I hope that you find, like many of our patients, that this is somewhere you can make a long term dental home for you instead of hopping around from clinic to clinic.
