The Difference Between Conventional Implants and Mini Dental Implants
Do you have questions about mini dental implants and what differentiates them between their conventional counterparts? Watch this video by Dr. Rick Miller, an experienced Dallas dentist, as he explains the differences between conventional and mini dental implants.
I’m asked about the differences between conventional implants and mini implants. And the biggest the biggest difference between the two is the diameter. A conventional implant is roughly the diameter of a pencil, whereas a mini implant is the diameter of a toothpick. Now, it’s made of titanium. They are super strong, but we can place those in areas where there’s very little bone and we can accomplish the things that we accomplish with conventional implants. So come in and see us. I’ll show you how we can help you.
If you or someone you love is missing a single tooth, multiple teeth, or struggling with loose, uncomfortable dentures, mini dental implants may be the solution you’ve been looking for.
